Cadets have opportunities to study advanced leadership concepts in three settings:

Cadet Officer School - The premiere leadership experience for CAP cadets is conducted annually at Maxwell AFB, home of the USAF's Air University. Visit the COS home page for more information.

Region Cadet Leadership Schools - These academies make use of local resources to broaden leadership skills in cadet officers and NCOs. To learn more about RCLS opportunities, see the table below.  

The CAP Officer Course (AFIADL 13) -  This introductory course is completed via correspondence, through a special partnership with the USAF Institute for Advanced Distributed Learning. (See CAPP 8 for registration information).
